My view
So I've tested this shapewear body is shorter at a friend's wedding last month. I wore a fitted, light gray dress. There was a lot of 'give' in this dress, so you can see the outline of your butt and thighs. I was very happy to hear that the range of Spanx Skinny Britches come in larger sizes to accommodate my character. I love summer time and fortunately here in Florida, this summer is 90% of the time. But I get hot and sweaty very quickly and the last thing you want is to wear tight clothes - let alone with shapewear underneath. So, this thigh shaper thigh was a perfect weight loss solution for me.
of course, my thighs rub together so that the Skinny Britches I got no friction or pinching when I walked in felt-MAZING. To get the desired effect I needed, I was wearing 3 layers - it gave me a little more to keep on my stomach and completely shaped my thighs so that they do not hold the fabric of my dress. One coat for me, not really make much difference - though I could be enough to slimmer ladies.
